About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads a progressive pharmacy team focused on direct patient care and wellness services. The role contributes to disease state management, optimization of medication therapy, patient-centered care, and support for patients managing acute and chronic conditions. Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and acts as the pharmacist in charge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Oversee the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
