About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations and serves as the pharmacist in charge, under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and contributes to direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic condition management. The Pharmacy Manager works in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment and helps strengthen relationships with patients and the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.
• Oversee the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
