About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads pharmacy operations and patient care at Albertsons Companies. Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the role is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and serves as the pharmacist in charge. The manager delivers direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions.

The position operates in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment and includes maintaining operational standards, supervising and developing the pharmacy team, and partnering with management on initiatives to increase profitability. The role requires the ability to work a variety of schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer certification required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Be responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and act as pharmacist in charge.
