About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads a pharmacy team and serves as the pharmacist in charge, with responsibility for the pharmacy’s financial performance under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role provides direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions. The Pharmacy Manager works in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment, maintains operational standards, and partners with management on initiatives to increase profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives that increase profitability.
• Manage the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager.
