About The Position

The Pharmacy Manager leads a pharmacy team and is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance while serving as the pharmacist in charge, under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager. The role provides direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and assistance with acute and chronic conditions. The manager maintains operational, safety, compliance, and performance standards; recruits, trains, and supervises the pharmacy team; and partners with management on initiatives to increase profitability. The position requires a certified immunizer and the ability to work a variety of schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
