About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead a pharmacy team and provide direct patient care and wellness services. The role contributes to disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for patients with acute and chronic conditions.

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and serves as pharmacist in charge. The position works in a fast-paced retail environment and requires the ability to work a variety of schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state or states of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Manage the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
