About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead in a progressive pharmacy setting and contribute to patient care and community relationships. The role is part of a team providing direct patient care and wellness services, including disease state management, medication therapy optimization, patient-centered care, and support for acute and chronic conditions. Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the pharmacy’s financial performance and serves as pharmacist in charge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Nice To Haves

• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Uphold operational standards, including performance metrics, safety, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise the pharmacy team.
• Partner with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
• Oversee the pharmacy’s financial performance and act as pharmacist in charge.
• Provide wellness services, support disease state management, optimize medication therapy, and assist in managing acute and chronic conditions.
