We are looking for top-tier professionals who are team-first, reliable, punctual, communicate proactively, and are efficient and safe in their grooming practices and van operation.

Requirements

3+ years of professional pet grooming experience (salon or mobile).
At least 2 years of hands-on experience handling cats in a professional salon environment or veterinary setting.
Must provide a portfolio of recent dog and cat grooms, highlighting any specific breed specialties.
Possess mental focus, time-management skills, and emotional resilience for solo workspace dynamics.
Physically capable of safely lifting heavy dogs.
A clean, valid Texas driver’s license.
Comfortable operating a premium mobile spa van.
Ability to commute daily to the dispatch hub in Northwest San Antonio.

Nice To Haves

Specialties with certain breeds (e.g., hand-stripping, doodle coat management, breed-standard cuts, or advanced feline styles).
Strong cat grooming skills are a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Perform professional pet grooming services for dogs and cats.
Handle cats with specialized skills and provide a higher commission rate for cat grooms.
Manage grooming workspace efficiently and maintain a steady, productive daily pace.
Ensure proper and safe operation of the mobile grooming van.
Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients regarding schedule changes.
Provide a Well-Being Wrap Up™ report to pet parents after each grooming appointment.
Collaborate smoothly with the scheduling concierge team.
Lift heavy dogs when required as part of grooming routines.
