About The Position

The Branch Manager supports the company’s growth and profitability by achieving goals in sales, customer service, hiring, retention, and other designated areas. The role requires dynamic thinking and creative problem-solving.

As the main point of contact for a region, the Branch Manager builds and develops a team that reflects Fox’s core values and helps establish Fox as a leader in pest management solutions. Each branch has dedicated support staff for route planning, management, customer service, billing, and collections. Fox describes its mission as developing confident leaders and empowering people to provide outstanding service, with a focus on relationships first and service always.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of management experience in business or operations; relevant route-based industries such as beverage, delivery, uniform, or vending are considered.
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses.
• Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
• Proven ability to close sales honestly and ethically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry preferred.
