About The Position

Fox Pest Control is seeking a positive, ambitious business leader with integrity, a strong sense of ownership, and a servant-leadership approach. The Branch Manager leads the organization at the client level and supports the branch’s growth and profitability by achieving goals in sales, customer service, hiring, retention, and other designated areas. This role calls for dynamic thinking and creative problem-solving.

As the main point of contact in a region, the Branch Manager builds and develops a team that reflects Fox’s core values and establishes Fox as a leader in pest management solutions. Dedicated branch support staff assist with route planning, management, customer service, billing, and collections.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of management experience in business or operations; relevant route-based business experience is considered.
• Experience managing a business budget and expenses.
• Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
• Proven ability to close sales honestly and ethically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry.
