About The Position

Bandon Fitness Texas, Inc., which operates a network of Anytime Fitness locations, is hiring a Personal Training Sales Manager (PTM) to lead its personal training department. The role combines sales, team leadership, mentorship, and delivery of a strong member fitness experience. The PTM manages and supports personal trainers, conducts fitness assessments, develops personalized training programs, tracks client progress, and helps keep clients engaged. The role also includes onboarding, sales, renewals, referrals, and retention, and collaboration with the General Manager to support the club’s success. Compensation includes a base salary with eligibility for bonuses and commissions. The stated earning potential is $35,000 to $60,000+ annually, with expected earnings of $40,000 to $55,000 annually for most. Requirements

Recognized personal training certification and/or a degree in Exercise Science or a related field.
Valid CPR/AED certification.
Passion for coaching and leadership, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong understanding of fitness, exercise physiology, and nutrition.
Energetic, results-driven approach and outstanding communication skills.

Nice To Haves

One to two years of sales experience, preferably with relationship-building and deal-closing skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a team of personal trainers, supporting high-quality coaching and a supportive, goal-driven culture.
Conduct fitness assessments and create personalized training programs for clients.
Monitor client progress and help clients stay motivated and engaged.
Manage new member onboarding, sales, renewals, referrals, and retention.
Collaborate with the General Manager to support a successful club environment.
