At Alloy, our trainers are called Coaches. Our members are adults aged 40 and over who are training for strength, capability, and longevity. This role requires a professional who can program, cue, modify exercises, and build genuine relationships, rather than just counting repetitions. This is a coaching-centered role at Alloy Personal Training South Tempe, where you will deliver high-quality small group personal training sessions and create a world-class member experience. You will be an integral part of the studio environment, fostering strong relationships with members and reinforcing the systems that drive results. We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. We are seeking the best coach, not necessarily the one with the largest schedule. Even if you can only commit to a few sessions per week, we encourage you to apply. For those seeking a full-time career path, this role offers the potential to grow into a Head Coach designation with increased responsibilities and compensation.
