This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. The Personal Shopper also participates in sales and marketing events, aiming to meet Membership goals. A key aspect of the role is maintaining a safe facility by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Additionally, the Personal Shopper fulfills Member orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull), ensuring accuracy and timely preparation of items for member pickup. The position involves completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and identifying priorities. Providing excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues is crucial.
