This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. The Personal Shopper also participates in sales and marketing events, aiming to meet Membership goals. A key aspect of the role is maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, the Personal Shopper is responsible for fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. The position requires completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and adapting to change. Providing excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, and resolving issues is crucial. The role also involves complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, and fostering a culture of belonging, respect, and integrity.
