This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. The Personal Shopper also participates in sales and marketing events, aiming to meet Membership goals. A key responsibility is maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Additionally, the role involves fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. The Personal Shopper completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and identifying priorities. They also provide excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. The role requires compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging, and strengthening the team through development and recognition. It also involves acting with integrity, serving customers and members by putting them first, making decisions based on reliable information, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.
