This position develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. It involves participating in sales and marketing events and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. Additionally, it involves fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing them, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. The position requires completing work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities, and adapting to change. It also involves providing excellent Member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. The role requires compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. It also emphasizes respecting the individual by embracing differences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected, and strengthening the team by helping, developing, and mentoring others.
