This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. The Personal Shopper also participates in sales and marketing events, aiming to meet Membership goals. A key responsibility is maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Additionally, the role involves fulfilling Member orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull) by accurately picking, scanning, wrapping, and preparing items for Member pickup, while also managing out-of-stock merchandise. The Personal Shopper completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, identifying priorities, and adapting to change. Providing excellent Member service includes acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. The role also requires compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
