About The Position

This position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and providing a smooth, friendly pickup experience. As a Digital Clerk, you will shop orders accurately and efficiently, collect payment, and help ensure orders are ready for pickup on time. The role involves using a dashboard and technology to receive workflow, selecting and verifying products throughout the store, bagging and staging orders, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. You will interact with customers in person and by phone, address questions and concerns, and work with store team members and leadership to support customer satisfaction and daily operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
• Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Past cashier experience preferred.
• Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous service at the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Greet customers in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
• Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
• Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
• Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag them according to standards.
• Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
• Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
