About The Position

The Curbside Shopper is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and creating a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders quickly and accurately, verifying and bagging products, staging orders safely, and supporting payment collection and customer pickup. The position also involves communicating with customers and coworkers, addressing concerns with leadership as needed, and maintaining a clean and ready curbside area.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Attention to detail, organization, and dependability.
Ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience.
Past cashier experience.
Past online ordering experience.

Responsibilities

Fulfill online curbside orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide customer service at the curbside pickup area, including collecting payment for carside pickups.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
