About The Position

The Curbside Shopper, also referred to as a Digital Clerk, fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and helps create a convenient, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders throughout the store, verifying and bagging products, staging orders appropriately, and completing curbside service and payment collection. Team members use a workflow dashboard, follow food-safety and bagging standards, and help keep the pickup area clean and ready for customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Attention to detail, organization, and dependability.
Ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience.
Past cashier experience.
Past online ordering experience.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, accurate service in the curbside pickup area, including collecting payment and supporting the carside experience.
Greet customers in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food-safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
