About The Position

The Curbside Pickup Personal Shopper, also referred to as a Digital Clerk, fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and helps provide an accurate, convenient pickup experience. The role involves shopping and verifying products, bagging and staging orders, collecting payment, and assisting customers at the curbside pickup area. Team members receive daily workflows through a dashboard and work throughout the store and curbside area while following food safety and bagging standards. This is a part-time position, typically scheduled 3–4 days per week for 4–6-hour shifts. Afternoon and evening availability is important; shifts may run through closing, and scheduling may vary based on business needs. The pickup department is open until 9:00 PM.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide service in the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly by partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
