About The Position

This position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders and creating a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves shopping orders throughout the store, verifying and bagging products, staging orders, and providing service and collecting payment at the curbside pickup area. Team members receive training and support, with opportunities for personal growth, advancement, and community involvement.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous, remarkable service in the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
Greet customers in person and by phone, respond to questions and needs, and maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members, and store leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
