Digital Curbside Pickup Team Member

About The Position

This position fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and helps create a convenient, friendly pickup experience. The team member shops orders throughout the store, verifies and bags products, stages orders according to food safety guidelines, and supports customers at the curbside pickup area. The role also involves collecting payments, responding to customer needs, and keeping the pickup area ready for service. Training is provided.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
At least 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous service at the curbside pickup area by accurately fulfilling orders and collecting payment during the carside experience.
Greet customers in person and on the phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
