About The Position

This position is responsible for fulfilling customers’ online curbside orders. As a Digital Clerk, you shop orders quickly and accurately, help collect payment, and create a smooth, friendly pickup experience from start to finish. You receive workflow through a dashboard, fulfill orders throughout the shift, and support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Process-driven, with the ability to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide remarkable service in the curbside pickup area through accurate order fulfillment and payment collection.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, team members across the store, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns quickly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflow through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag items according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
