Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Minimum 2 years of recent Plaintiff Personal Injury case management, negotiations, or settlements experience.
- Experience handling Florida bodily injury (BI), PIP, and UM/UIM claims.
- Experience working in a Plaintiff Personal Injury law firm.
- Experience using Litify or Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Manage Florida plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement.
- Handle insurance communications.
- Coordinate medical treatment.
- Conduct settlement negotiations.
- Familiarity with Florida PIP, BI, and UM/UIM claims.
- Maintain accurate case documentation in Litify.
