Personal Injury Case Manager

Distro•Henderson, NV
•Onsite

About The Position

The firm is seeking an experienced, bilingual English/Spanish Personal Injury Case Manager to manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from post-intake case development through settlement. This on-site role is based at the firm’s office in Henderson, Nevada. The Case Manager is the client’s primary point of contact and is responsible for medical management, treatment monitoring, client and insurance-adjuster communication, case strategy, demand-package review, settlement preparation, and negotiation under attorney supervision. This is not a purely administrative position: Case Managers are expected to understand each case, identify risks and opportunities, resolve bottlenecks, and make informed recommendations to the supervising attorney. The expected starting caseload is approximately 70 to 80 active cases, with the possibility of increasing to approximately 100 as technology and workflows develop. The firm uses Case Coordinators and technology to support routine administrative processes. The Case Manager remains accountable for case progression, medical management, meaningful client follow-up, demand readiness, and strategy. Cases may be transferred to the litigation team when litigation becomes necessary; Case Managers do not remain responsible for the litigation phase after formal transfer. The firm is transitioning from Filevine to EvenUp’s AI-powered case-management platform. Case Managers use AI-generated work as a starting point and must independently verify its accuracy. The role requires adapting to changing technology, automated workflows, and standard operating procedures while maintaining accurate records, strong client service, and professional judgment. The position follows an established full-time, on-site schedule; remote employment is not available.
