Personal Injury Case Manager

Distro•Henderson, NV
•$30 - $40•Onsite

About The Position

The firm is seeking an experienced, bilingual English/Spanish Personal Injury Case Manager to manage a portfolio of pre-litigation personal injury matters from post-intake case development through settlement. The Case Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for overall case strategy, medical management, treatment monitoring, client and insurance-adjuster communication, demand preparation and review, settlement negotiation under attorney supervision, and timely case progression. This is not a purely administrative role; Case Managers are expected to understand each case's facts, injuries, treatment, coverage, damages, risks, and strategic posture, and to make informed recommendations to the supervising attorney. The expected starting caseload is approximately 70 to 80 active cases, with the possibility of increasing to approximately 100 as technology and workflows develop. Case Managers are expected to meet KPIs, follow SOPs, maintain accurate records, provide timely follow-up, monitor treatment and avoid gaps in care, obtain and evaluate coverage information, review demands efficiently, and progress cases without unnecessary delay while maintaining quality. They work in tandem with Case Coordinators who may assist with claims setup, records and billing requests, lien matters, and routine administrative tasks. The role includes guiding clients through medical treatment; reviewing medical records, diagnostic reports, bills, and treatment summaries; identifying gaps and documentation needs; explaining case progress and expectations in English and Spanish; communicating with insurance adjusters and medical providers; reviewing AI-generated demand packages for accuracy and completeness; negotiating claims under attorney supervision; supporting property-damage matters; coordinating settlement distribution communications; and preparing clear handoffs to litigation when needed. Case Managers do not remain responsible for a case's litigation phase after formal transfer. The firm uses EvenUp's AI-powered case-management platform as its primary system and expects the Case Manager to adopt automated workflows and verify AI-generated work independently. Previous EvenUp experience is not required; experience with Filevine or comparable legal case-management software is beneficial. The position is on-site at the firm's office in Henderson, Nevada. Candidates must be able to commute reliably and work the established full-time schedule; remote employment is not available for this opening.
