About The Position
Nachawati Law Group is seeking a Personal Injury Case Manager to support clients and keep cases moving from intake through settlement. The role involves managing case files, communicating with clients, coordinating with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties, and handling claims, appointments, and client data. Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- Must currently live in the DFW area.
- At least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury is required.
- Ability to effectively manage tasks and work within deadlines.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, great attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Organize and manage all aspects of client case files.
- Monitor clients’ cases and correspond with clients.
- Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the process.
- File claims and manage appointments for the caseload.
- Gather, track, and record client data.
