About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned in-home care agency, is hiring compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions serving clients in Spokane County. Caregivers provide personalized support to help clients maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes. The role offers flexible scheduling and pay of $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and certification. Requirements
- An HCA or CNA license is preferred but not required; paid training is available for qualified candidates.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check.
- Be honest, dependable, energetic, and caring, with a passion for helping others.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, Home Care Aide, or CNA.
- Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and companionship.
- Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life in their homes.
