About The Position

Assisting Hands Deerfield is hiring experienced caregivers/CNAs to provide compassionate in-home support to clients. Caregivers help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while treating them with dignity and respect. Morning, daytime, weekday, and weekend shifts are available, including the listed recurring schedules and additional shifts. The role offers a starting pay range of $18.50 to $22 per hour; the posting also lists compensation of $18 to $22 per hour. Hours over 40 and hours worked on holidays are paid at time and a half. Weekly pay and an immediate start are offered.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfort helping both male and female clients.
• Experience assisting with personal care.
• No restrictions concerning the type of care provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship through conversation, games, and watching TV.
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide medication reminders.
