Caregivers Wanted: Flexible Hours and Free Training
About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to seniors in Royalston, Massachusetts, and surrounding communities. The role is open to experienced PCAs, HHAs, CNAs, and homemakers, as well as people new to caregiving who are willing to learn. Free training is available to qualified applicants without HHA or CNA certification. Caregivers help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes by providing personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, medication reminders, and other support. The position offers flexible and consistent scheduling opportunities, with 8- to 12-hour day or overnight shifts and weekday and weekend opportunities. Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

Nice To Haves
- HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable.
- Prior caregiving experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or homemaker.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement.
- Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs.
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Run essential errands and grocery shop.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Observe clients and report changes to the appropriate supervisor.
- Help clients maintain a safe and comfortable home.
- Provide respectful, dependable, and compassionate care.
