About The Position

AMADA Senior Care is hiring part-time caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors, including veterans. The role involves supporting clients with daily living activities and helping them live safely and comfortably at home. Caregivers must be willing to travel within a 25-mile radius of their home; travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Orientation is held at the company's Jasper, Texas office. Work hours range from 4 to 30 hours per week, with 4-hour, 8-hour, and 10-hour shifts available, including day and morning shifts. Flexible scheduling may include weekends and overnights.

Requirements

• Have reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Be willing to work with both male and female clients.
• Be able to travel within a 25-mile radius.
• Be compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Be able to perform all essential job duties.

• Two or more years of caregiving experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with mobility, including walks, transfers, and appointments.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Complete grocery shopping and errands.
• Observe and report unusual incidents.
• Support clients with daily living activities.
