About The Position
Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring CNAs, HHAs, and experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for seniors in Lee and Charlotte counties, including Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, Estero, and Lehigh Acres. The company describes itself as family-owned and offers hands-on support. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible hours and cases available; however, hours are not guaranteed. Pay is $17.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on location and the complexity of the assigned case. Overtime pay is available. The employer handles payroll taxes and liability insurance, and supplemental insurance coverage is available.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience in home care or assisted living.
- Active Level 2 screening in the Florida Clearinghouse, or ability to pass a Level 2 background check.
- CPR certification.
- Alzheimer’s, HIV/AIDS, and Assistance with Medication certificates.
- DOEA Training Certificate and TB test.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must speak and understand English.
