About The Position

HomeWell Care Services Tulsa is seeking compassionate caregivers to help enhance seniors’ lives. This locally owned home care company provides one-on-one, non-medical support to clients who wish to age in place in their own homes. Caregivers provide companionship and assistance with daily activities, helping clients maintain their quality of life. Compensation is $15.00–$17.00 per hour. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• CNA or PCA preferred; alternatively, 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, provide proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Possess a personal smartphone and be comfortable using company-approved mobile applications as part of daily job responsibilities.
• Provide proof of current TB testing.
• Be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a criminal background check, including national and state-required checks.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification or PCA qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with light cooking and housekeeping.
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
• Provide transportation to appointments and for errands, when applicable.
