About The Position

HomeWell Care Services Tulsa is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to seniors who wish to age in place in their own homes. Caregivers work individually with clients and build relationships while helping enhance seniors’ lives. The locally owned home care company describes itself as values-driven and growing in the Tulsa market.

Requirements

• CNA or PCA qualification preferred, or 6 months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for seniors or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, provide proof of a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own a personal smartphone and be comfortable using company-approved mobile applications as part of daily job responsibilities.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a national criminal background check and any required state background check.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship.
• Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
