About The Position

AMADA Senior Care is hiring part-time caregivers to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care to seniors, including veterans, in the community. The role requires travel to clients within a 25-mile radius of the caregiver’s home; travel is required up to 25%. Orientation is held at the company’s Jasper, Texas office. The position offers 4–30 hours per week, with available 4-, 8-, and 10-hour shifts, including day and morning shifts. Flexible schedules may include weekends and overnights.

Caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, help clients with personal care and daily living activities, and assist with mobility, meals, light housekeeping, shopping, and errands. They also give medication reminders and observe and report unusual incidents.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Willingness to work with both male and female clients.
• Ability to travel within a 25-mile radius of home; travel up to 25% is required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to perform all essential job duties.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
