About The Position
Azura Living is hiring part-time and full-time Caregivers to support older adults in a family-owned community focused on compassion, connection, and kindness. Caregivers assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship and emotional support, help maintain a safe and welcoming home, and build meaningful relationships while working with a caring team. Available shifts are 1st shift, 5:00 AM–9:00 AM; 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–11:15 PM or 5:00 PM–9:00 PM; and 3rd shift, 11:00 PM–7:15 AM. Scheduling is flexible. Part-time schedules are 1–2 days per week plus every other weekend; full-time schedules are 3–4 days per week plus every other weekend.
Requirements
- Compassionate and dependable.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for caring for older adults.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
