About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned in-home care agency, is hiring Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions in Spokane County. Caregivers provide compassionate, professional assistance tailored to each client’s needs, helping clients maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes. Work takes place primarily in clients’ homes, with varying shift schedules and activities. Pay is $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience and certification. Paid training is available for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check.
• Honest, dependable, energetic, and caring disposition, with a passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license; not required, as paid training is provided for qualified candidates.
• Previous experience as a caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, Home Care Aide, or CNA.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders and companionship.
• Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life in their own homes.
