About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring DSP, HHA, PCA, and CNA caregivers for home care and offers a Home Health Aide training program. The program covers basic regulatory and compliance topics and personal care skills needed to provide care for adults in the Assistive Care State Programs practice. After completing the training, participants may have the opportunity to join BAYADA as Home Health Aides. The role serves clients in York, Chester, Union, Lancaster, and Fairfield Counties. BAYADA describes its home care team as supportive and offers flexible scheduling and efforts to match caregivers with opportunities near their homes. The listed pay is $15 per hour.

Requirements

• Successfully complete BAYADA's HHA 101 Course.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Provide light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Support range-of-motion exercises.
• Assist with transfers and use mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide oral feeding assistance.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Complete home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist with ambulation.
• Provide medication assistance.
