About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to serve clients in Buncombe, Henderson, Haywood, and Transylvania Counties in its ACSP Division. The role provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Aides follow a written plan of care prepared by a registered nurse and can build close relationships with clients while delivering compassionate, reliable care. The advertised pay is $16.50 per hour for HHA and PCA cases. Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care prepared by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide companion care to help adults remain safe and independent at home.
