About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to serve clients in Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, and Rutherford Counties in its ACSP Division. The role provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Care is delivered according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse. Previous home health or patient care experience is welcome but not required; training is provided. The position pays $16.50 per hour for HHA and PCA cases.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companion care in accordance with a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
Provide compassionate, reliable, and high-quality care that supports clients’ safety and independence at home.
