About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to serve clients in Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, and Rutherford Counties in its ACSP Division. The position pays $16.50 per hour on HHA and PCA cases. Aides provide one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults live safely and independently at home, following a written plan of care from a registered nurse. Previous home health or patient care experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Deliver compassionate, reliable care in clients’ homes and travel to assigned client locations.
