About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHA) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to serve clients in Cleveland, Gaston, Lincoln, and Rutherford Counties in its ACSP Division. The role provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Care is delivered according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse. The advertised pay is $16.50 per hour on HHA and PCA cases. Responsibilities

Provide personal care, household support, and companionship according to a written plan of care from a registered nurse.
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and bed-making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Travel to assigned clients’ homes.
