About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to serve clients in Haywood, Buncombe, and Hendersonville Counties, including the Clyde, Waynesville, Canton, and Maggie Valley areas, through its ACSP Division. The role provides one-on-one personal care, household support, and companionship to help adults remain safe and independent at home. Aides follow a written plan of care developed by a registered nurse. The position pays $16.50 per hour for HHA and PCA cases. Previous home health or patient care experience is welcome but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow a written plan of care provided by a registered nurse.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
• Prepare meals and assist clients with feeding.
• Assist clients with range-of-motion activities and exercises.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers, including use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Deliver compassionate, reliable care that supports clients’ safety and independence at home.
