Requirements
- Previous experience in a personal care or caregiving role is an advantage.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude toward clients.
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Waterford, Michigan.
- Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation to help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
- Monitor clients’ conditions and report significant changes to healthcare professionals or family members.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while promoting client independence and dignity.
- Follow care plans and company policies and procedures.
