About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home provides in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, helping clients live independently in their homes. The Personal Care Aide provides compassionate, respectful assistance with personal care and daily living, while offering companionship and support. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling, consistent clients, and reliable hours. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and TB screening.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping related to care.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
