About The Position
Griswold Home Care for NEPA is seeking experienced caregivers and home health aides to provide care to clients with complex and demanding needs, including dementia, behavioral challenges, and advanced mobility needs. The role involves hands-on personal care, companionship, household support, and responding calmly to unexpected events or emergencies. The position is located in Sweet Valley, Pennsylvania, and is for the evening shift. Pay is $15–$17 per hour.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Two professional references.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation, or a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance (preferred).

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Assist clients with behavioral or cognitive challenges, including dementia.
- Provide compassionate companionship and engagement.
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe, clean environment.
- Act decisively and calmly during unexpected events or emergencies.
