About The Position
Peaden is a home services company providing plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and electrical services. The Permit Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of the installation departments. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Apply for all required permits necessary to complete jobs.
- Follow up on pending permit applications.
- Schedule permit inspections for every job within specified time frames.
- Adhere to county and state permitting regulations.
- Schedule temporary disconnects and reconnects with the power company and building department.
- Relay detailed and accurate information to customers to ensure a quality customer experience.
- Work closely with Install Coordinators and Trade Managers.
- Participate in training for professional growth and development.
