About The Position

The Performance Marketing Manager will own ZAGG and mophie’s US Amazon advertising program end to end as the company transitions management from an agency to an in-house team. This is a hands-on role responsible for daily work in Amazon’s advertising console and bid tools, with accountability for campaign performance and advertising spend. Investment decisions should be based on contribution margin rather than ROAS alone, supported by an ASIN-level click economics model that connects cost per click, conversion, and margin per click. The role manages Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (including video), Sponsored Display, and DSP. It establishes and maintains campaign structures, runs daily bidding and budget management, develops creative tests, and plans campaigns for product launches and major retail events. The manager also uses Amazon Marketing Cloud and Amazon Attribution to measure performance, incrementality, and external traffic, and reports results and decisions to stakeholders. The position partners with Sales, Analytics, Content, Brand Marketing, Finance, and the Senior Director of Automation. It contributes to ad technology requirements and automation while the Senior Director of Automation owns tool selection, contracts, and administration. The role supports ZAGG’s broader investment in marketplace growth and a highly agile, data-driven team focused on execution and continuous improvement.
