Performance Marketing Manager

SIMPRO•Miami, FL

About The Position

The Performance Marketing Manager drives hands-on execution across paid digital acquisition channels, working closely with Directors of Demand Generation. The role manages, optimizes, and scales paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and DSP campaigns to support MQL growth across North America, ANZ, and the UK/Ireland. It combines technical advertising expertise with conversion optimization and a focus on qualified pipeline and MQL growth across the B2B SaaS buyer journey. The manager oversees campaign execution and media spend, develops reporting and performance-management infrastructure, and supports reporting and forecasting across multiple business units. The role also contributes to alignment between Marketing activity and board-level revenue goals, and leads experimentation with emerging acquisition channels and AI-related advertising opportunities. The position works cross-functionally with regional Demand leaders, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, digital teams, the PMO lead, and brand teams. It monitors performance across advertising platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools, providing leadership with regular reporting and actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or digital demand generation within B2B SaaS.
  • Advanced hands-on Google Ads experience, including Search, Performance Max, Display, retargeting, smart bidding, and conversion tracking.
  • Hands-on experience executing account-based advertising campaigns using Terminus, 6sense, Demandbase, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and attribution software to track performance through opportunity creation.
  • A strong track record designing and analyzing landing-page and creative A/B experiments.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills and a focus on optimizing qualified pipeline rather than vanity clicks or impressions.
  • Ability to work hands-on in advertising platforms and analyze data, search terms, and campaign structures.
  • Ability to optimize for pipeline and customer acquisition, rather than only form fills or click volume.
  • Understanding of coordinated multi-channel campaigns aligned with a Director’s overarching growth strategy.
  • Strong commercial judgment, agility, and a continuous test-and-learn approach.

  • Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing, and paid social campaigns; own keyword research, ad copy, audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation.

  • Partner with Demand leaders on pacing and budget management, optimizing ROI and Cost Per MQL.
  • Coordinate the Google relationship with regional Demand leaders, support participation in platform beta and alpha testing, and keep optimization strategies current.
  • Manage day-to-day DSP campaign setup, inventory selection, and execution.
  • Use third-party intent data, custom audience segments, and contextual targeting to reach target audiences.
  • Optimize DSP bidding, creative rotation, frequency caps, and placements to improve spend efficiency and downstream conversions.
  • Manage relationships with 6sense DSP partners and report on marketing activities.
  • Lead creative asset development activities alongside the PMO lead and brand team, helping ensure current creative assets and regional testing funnels support MQL goals across business units.
  • Manage daily media spend and reallocate budgets across core and expansion channels based on lead quality, MQL volume, pipeline contribution, and Cost Per MQL or CAC efficiency.
  • Lead test-and-learn pilots for emerging acquisition channels, including ChatGPT/OpenAI placements, new ad formats, and discovery engines.
  • Oversee always-on and targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, 6sense, and AdWords.
  • Test ad formats, audience segments, creative assets, and landing-page conversion paths across non-search channels to improve full-funnel efficiency.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and digital teams to align campaign messaging with buyer personas and ensure seamless lead routing and enrichment.
  • Monitor daily advertising, CRM, and analytics performance metrics and deliver regular reporting and actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support end-to-end attribution visibility from ad click through pipeline creation and closed-won revenue.
